【Expired】Social Adventure (3): Organic Coffee Workshop, Coffee Soap Workshop

Organic Coffee Workshop

Discover the magic of coffee! Each bean and roast level brings a unique experience. Roasting is where the magic happens, transforming raw beans through chemical reactions into rich flavours and aromas that coffee lovers adore. When was the last time you paused to savour these delightful scents?

Join our coffee roasting experience, slow down with us, and learn from professional roasters. Dive into the art of roasting, try your hand at brewing, and taste various flavours. Plus, take home your roasted beans to enjoy the diversity and transformation of coffee flavours.

We’re using Fair Trade certified and organic beans, grown without chemicals, ensuring sustainability and supporting small farmers. Choosing Fair Trade is a simple way to make a difference in your daily life, prioritising farmers’ welfare, the environment, and your health.

On November 2nd, we invite you to immerse yourself in the joy of coffee roasting. Let a cup of coffee be your “mini-break” in a busy life, and let this experience reconnect you with yourself and others.

Coffee Soap Workshop

Ever wondered about the potential of coffee grounds? Beyond brewing, they can be natural dyes, cooking ingredients, and even handmade soap! Coffee ground soap is a fantastic exfoliant, removing oil and stains while being more eco-friendly than regular cleaners.

Join us on November 2 with Eco-Greenergy, a social enterprise founded by #HKFYGAlumni  Peann, to transform used coffee grounds into beautiful handmade soap. Learn about their diverse uses, the chemistry behind soap-making, and the impact of food and plastic waste on the environment.
